Being in charge of the store and team management as well as what’s going on in the store including its financial statement and profit/loss, the store manager also needs to maintain the company’s excellent quality and standard in both products and service. He or she is the one who supervises the recruitment, hiring, trainings, as well as giving advice and guidance to ensure the team’s progressive development.
This position is in charge of supervising all aspects in the store from providing excellent service, maintaining the product’s quality and hygiene, controlling cash flow, and managing the team’s performance and the store’s financial aspects. At least an experience of 2 years along with ability in communication skills and leadership potential are required.
A training manager co-works with the executive team in supervising what’s going on in the store to ensure the efficiency needed and pre-agreed target.
